  • Comment puis-je ajouter une nouvelle question et réponse ?
    Pour ajouter une nouvelle FAQ, suivez ces étapes : 1. Cliquez sur le bouton "Gérer les FAQ 2. Depuis le tableau de bord de votre site, vous pouvez ajouter, modifier et gérer toutes vos questions et réponses 3. Chaque question et réponse doit être ajoutée à une catégorie 4. Enregistrez et publiez.
  • Puis-je insérer une image, une vidéo ou un gif dans ma FAQ ?
    Oui. Pour ajouter des médias, procédez comme suit : 1. Entrez les paramètres de l'application 2. Cliquez sur le bouton "Gérer les FAQ 3. Sélectionnez la question à laquelle vous souhaitez ajouter un média 4. Lorsque vous modifiez votre réponse, cliquez sur l'icône de l'appareil photo, de la vidéo ou du GIF 5. Ajoutez des médias de votre bibliothèque.
  • Comment modifier ou supprimer le titre "FAQ" ?
    Vous pouvez modifier le titre à partir de l'onglet Paramètres de l'application. Si vous ne souhaitez pas afficher le titre, désactivez simplement le titre sous "Infos à afficher".
  • How to modify my order?
    Should you wish to modify your order, please contact us via email at team@phonehubb.com or connect with one of our live chat agents for immediate assistance (availability subject to stated operational working hours). If possible, include your Order Number (e.g.#0000000) and the change(s) you’d like to make. Unfortunately we are not able to modify your order if it has already been packed or shipped. You may check the status of your order via your order history on accounts page
  • Missing items I just received my order and some items are missing. What should I do?
    Sometimes we send orders in separate shipments. Check your order status first to see if your items were shipped separately. If something is still missing, let us know as soon as possible.
  • Defective/Incorrect items
    Please contact us if you received anything incorrect or defective as soon as possible (or within 7 days from the date you received your order). Make sure to provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any other related information. We’ll try our best to have everything resolved as soon as possible.
  • Can I combine orders
    If your orders haven't been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that we unfortunately cannot combine orders during promotional periods due to the large number of orders received.
  • Does Phonehubb offer any gift wrapping service?
    Fortunately, we provide gift wrapping service moment, and a complimentary gift card could be included in your package. Feel free to write a message at “Gift Message” on the checkout page, the message will be printed on a card accordingly.
  • Where is Phonehubb
    We have two physical locations based out of Lagos and Abuja. We also have fulfillment centers around which spans across each continent.
